Refunds

Hey there!

We want you to be totally stoked with your order, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. No worries though, you've got 10 days from the day you received your goodies to return them to us.

Just make sure the item is still in the same condition it arrived in - unworn or unused and in the original packaging - and send us an email at baskhour@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. One of our Customer Support Reps will get back to you and guide you through the return process.

If everything checks out, we'll send you a return shipping label and all the info you need to get your package back to us. Please note that we can't accept items that are sent back without being requested first.

As soon as we get your return, we'll inspect it and let you know if everything's good to go for a refund. If it is, we'll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. But just a heads up, it may take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don't have your money, just give us a shout at baskhour@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Damages and issues
Please make sure to inspect your order right away when it arrives. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, shoot us an email at baskhour@gmail.com. We'll take care of it ASAP. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. But, don't hesitate to chat us up with any concerns or questions you may have about your item!

Sadly, we can't take back sale items or gift cards, but we'll always do our best to help you out!

Exchanges
Want something different? No problem! Just send back the item you have, and once we receive it and approve the return, go ahead and treat yourself to a new purchase. It's the quickest way to get exactly what you're looking for, and we're always here to help you find the perfect product to meet your needs.
