Refunds

We want you to be totally stoked with your order, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. No worries though, you've got 10 days from the day you received your goodies to return them to us.

Just make sure the item is still in the same condition it arrived in - unworn or unused and in the original packaging - and send us an email at baskhour@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. We will get back to you and guide you through the return process.

If everything checks out, we'll send you a return shipping label (customer to cover shipping costs) and all the info you need to get your package back to us. Please note that we can't accept items that are sent back without being requested first.

As soon as we get your return, we'll inspect it and let you know if everything's good to go for a refund. If it is, we'll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. But just a heads up, it may take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don't have your money, just give us a shout at baskhour@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Damages and issues

Please make sure to inspect your order right away when it arrives. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, shoot us an email at baskhour@gmail.com. We'll take care of it ASAP. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Don't hesitate to chat us up with any concerns or questions you may have about your item!

Sadly, we can't take back sale items, but we'll always do our best to help you out :)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at baskhour@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
