about bask hour
Bask Hour was born from a simple belief: life feels better when we slow down and make time for the moments that matter. The name itself is a reflection of that idea.
"Bask" comes from basking in the sun...the feeling of warmth, comfort, and light that brightens our days. For us, the flame of a candle represents that same feeling. A small source of light that can transform a room, set a mood, and bring a sense of calm to everyday life.
"Hour" represents time. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, Bask Hour is a reminder to pause, unwind, and enjoy the present moment (even if it's just for an hour <3).
What started as a passion project in our Montreal condo has grown into a collection of handcrafted home fragrance products, including non-toxic candles, reed diffusers, and linen sprays. While we've expanded over the years, our candles remain at the heart of everything we do.
